Online Pricing:

Except where noted otherwise, the 'Displayed Price' shown for products on Quality Silks represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. The 'Displayed Price' is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day. For certain items that are offered as a set, the 'Displayed Price' may represent "open-stock" prices, which means the aggregate of the manufacturer's estimated or suggested retail price for each of the items included in the set.

With respect to items sold by Quality Silks, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until right before your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our online catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation and the reason for cancellation.

Quality Silks attempts to be as accurate as possible when creating online catalog descriptions. However, we can not and do not warrant that catalog descriptions or other content on this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If an item offered by Quality Silks is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition (or compliant with our return policy).

Quality Silks is a premier retailer of quality artificial foliages. We sell both retail to the public and wholesale to the trade. Specifiy your account type when ordering. By default all customers will see retail costs when browsing our online catalog.

Custom Merchandise:

All custom made artificial plants and trees are manufactured according to the specifications of our product designers and are thoroughly inspected before shipping to be free of defects.

Decorative Planters:

Decorative planters and containers must be ordered seperately unless otherwise indicated in the product description. The planter cost is not included in the price of any items in our online catalog. It is not Quaity Silks policy to recommend a planter or container size to match a particular size of tree or plant. We generally assist, but will not be held responsible if they do not match exactly. If any planter needs to be exchanged for an alternate size or color, freight charges will apply and are the customers responsibility.

Fire Retardant Foliage:

Quality Silks provides many fire retardant products. The necessary fire retardant is applied directly into the fabric and polyethylene branch components prior to printing and injection molding. The fire retardant materials will not dissipate, wash off, drip off or leave a messy , oily film. All fire retardant foiages are indicated by an "R" in the product number.

Merchandise Samples:

Sample cuttings (for color and texture) up to 10 available items are not charged. Quantities in excess of 10 will be subject to charge. Whole samples (1 item each) that are under $100.00 will not be eligible for samples or cuttings.

Applicable Law:

By visiting and/or using Quality Silks online catalog, you agree that the laws of the state of Indiana, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these 'Conditions of Use' and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Quality Silks or its affiliates, sponsors or endorses.
