Backorders & Inventory:
All backorders will be shipped immediately upon availability. Customers will be notified of item before shipping. Written notification may be required for any
cancellations made by the customer (emails are accepted). Customers will be notified and offered substitutions on any discontinued, backordered or sold out items.
Payment Methods & Terms:
Quality Silks accepts all major credit cards, and supports customers who wish to use PayPal as a payment option. We pre-screen all international orders and
international forms of payment. In most cases we do not accept payment via wire transfers or Western Union, especially on international orders. Customers who regularly
order large quantities of our product may become eligible for additional discounts, and/or optional payment arrangements.
Shipping & Freight:
Whenever possible, all domestic shipments will be made via UPS, or FedEx ground. It is Quality Silks policy to ship via the most economical means, whenever
possible. Air freight shipments and optional extra fast/expedited delivery services from some shippers are available upon request at additional cost to the purchaser.
Rush orders required to ship by air MUST be placed by noon EST. Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska and some other orders may be shipped by air, unless otherwise specified by
the customer. Export shipments must be approved before the order is processed and arranged on an individual shipping destination basis. Online catalog prices do not
include the cost of shipping. The exact cost will be calculated by our shopping cart during the check out process.
Note: Large cartons (60" in length or over) shipped via UPS have an additional $6.00 per carton handling fee. This is now a standard charge
required for ground shipments by UPS. We notify you about this charge before processing your order.

Low Order Fee (LOF):
Orders made online through the catalog are subject to additional fees or costs depending on the amount you spend and whether the items you purchase are single items
taken from case or bulk quantities. Customers who order less than $100.00 worth of merchandise will be charged an additional non-refundable $20.00 low order fee in
addition to the cost of shipping your order. In the future we may decide to remove this additional cost of $20.00, but for now we have to charge extra for low order
amounts. If you are serious about buying from Quality Silks and do not wish to pay the low order fee, please contact us in advance to make arrangements on when and how
we can bypass that fee.
Restocking & Reboxing Fees:
All merchandise returns and/or exchanges will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. All merchandise that has to be broken from it's original packaging, box or case will be
assessed a $6.00 reboxing fee. This is most common when customers order one or two items that are only available in bulk quantities, trays or cases.
Containers & Cartoning:
Quality Silks containers and cartons are carefully designed to protect the flowers, plants and trees from damage during the shipment. Wooden crates are necessary
for most trees 9' or larger. It is the customers responsibility to ask for a quote upon purchasing these items.
Damaged Shipments & Claims:
Claims for damaged shipments are the responsibility of the carrier. We urge all customers to properly inspect containers and cartons, including the merchandise,
before signing the delivery receipt or bill of lading. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned shipments. In the event of damage,
please mark it on the bill of lading and notify Quality Silks immediately. Avoidance of this procedure will exempt Quality Silks from any responsibility.
Exchanges & Replacements:
Exchanges and replacements will be considered a new order if the merchandise needs to be shipped out immediately. An exact replacement item or an item of similar
value may be shipped prepaid only if the returned item is shipped first by the customer, then received and fully inspected at our warehouse.
Returns & Cancellations:
If You Want To Make A Return:
You Must Notify Quality Silks of All Returns within 10 Days of Receipt of Shipment!
All Returns Include:
Non-Defective Items, Unwanted items, Defective Items, and Items shipped in Error.
Return Merchandise Authorization:
All Returned Items must be received at our facility within 10 days after the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number has been issued.
No returns will be accepted without an RMA number!
Returns received after 10 days of the RMA issued date will be subject to 50% credit on merchandise less restocking fee. Returns received over 30 days of RMA issued
date is unacceptable and will not receive a credit for returned merchandise.
A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on returns; unless otherwise agreed upon.
Quality Silks is not responsible for freight charges on returned items directly resulting from customer error (including but not limited to: do not want or dislike
item, size, color, overall look etc, etc.). All shipping costs for returned merchandise will be paid for by the shipper/customer. SHIPMENTS SENT COLLECT WILL BE REFUSED BY
QUALITY SILKS. Quality Silks is available however, to answer questions and assist in helping you choose the most economical method to ship back your return. No C.O.D.
on shipments will be accepted. Only shipping costs for items shipped in error by Quality Silks, will be paid for by Quality Silks; otherwise known as NewPro
Boxing and Repackaging Return Items:
All Returns Must Include the Original Box That Was Shipped. Improper repackaging of items will not be accepted by Quality Silks. If you are unable to use Quality
Silks’s original box, please notify Quality Silks before you return the item(s). DO NOT THROW AWAY ORIGINAL BOXES! Discarding boxes and/or product will result in loss
of up to a full refund on the merchandise.
YOU MUST INSPECT CARTONS AND PRODUCT BEFORE SIGNING A DELIVERY RECEIPT OR BILL OF LADING. Our products are inspected and shipped from our facility in good condition.
Claims for damaged goods are the responsibility of the carrier. In the event of damage, please mark damaged on the shipping receipt before the shipping clerk leaves
your facility. Then, notify Quality Silks immediately. Avoidance of this procedure will exempt Quality Silks from any responsibility.
All Residential shipments assume own risk. Residential deliveries require a signature at delivery and are inspected and shipped to be free of defects. Quality Silks
will not be held responsible for damages on merchandise.
If your return is a quality issue, you must notify Quality Silks within 10 days upon receipt of your shipment. Defective items may be returned, at Quality Silk’s
discretion for: credit, replacement, or repair. Quality Silks will issue a return number then give you further instructions for packaging and shipping. Product
replacements or repairs will be arranged by Quality Silks and shipped once the original package has been received/inspected at our facility. If customer requires
merchandise sooner, please refer to (CROSS-SHIPPING) instructions below.
Exchanges and Replacement items will be charged before shipping. An exact replacement item or an item of similar value may be shipped prepaid only if the returned item
is shipped first by the customer, then received and inspected at our facility.
* Quality Silks can not be responsible for shipments sent to customers with home businesses. Quality Silks has no control over when shipments will be delivered to the
home, additional charges from the carrier, gated communities access, or the knowledge of when the customer is not available at home to accept the delivery. Therefore,
customers with home businesses; and or residential customers, must assume own risk and will incur any additional charges made by the carrier. Residential deliveries
require a signature at delivery and are inspected and shipped to be free of defects. Quality Silks is NOT responsible for lost or damaged packages shipping to
residential addresses. Please make arrangements to be home when merchandise is delivered.
Credit on Returned Items:
Authorized returned merchandise will be credited upon receipt of shipment. A credit less the restocking fee will be issued in the same manner as payment was made for
the purchase. For credit card purchases, your credit amount may not show on your statement until the next billing cycle. Unauthorized returns or authorized returns
received over the 30 days from RMA issued date, are not accepted and will not receive credit.
Custom-made Items And Modification of Product:
Quality Silks reserves the right not to accept any returns and/or offer any refunds for any custom-made items or modified items shipped to the customer. Modified
products such as, fire-treated foliage, spray painted foliage, and potted plants or trees in plaster bases are considered special services offered by Quality Silks.
All artificial plants and trees are manufactured according to the specifications of Quality Silks Designs and are inspected before shipping to be free of defects.
Any product that has been subject to misuse, improper storage, unauthorized modification, unauthorized repair, neglect, accident, alteration, improper installation,
or other acts of which are not the fault of Quality Silks, can not be returned or refunded by Quality Silks.
Authorization for returns on Christmas items will not be accepted after December 17th. Christmas returns will not be accepted after December 22nd.
Clearance and Sale Items:
All sales are final. There are no returns or refunds on clearance items and/or sale items.
Note: All Custom Made Items Are Non-Returnable. All custom merchandise are not refundable, not cancelable and not returnable. Quality Silks
reserves the right not to accept any returns and/or offer any refunds for any of our custom made items or items that have been modified and shipped to the customer.
Modified merchandise such as fire-treated foliage, spray painted foliage and items potted in planter bases are considered special services offered by Quality Silks. Expect 7 to 14 business days from receipt of sales confirmation.
Return Shipping Instructions:
Return via prepaid Fedex, UPS or US mail. Insure shipment for full value of purchase. Use original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost during return
